As a presenter, Russ Winter was perfect. His "real world" knowledge of the Netbackup product, combined with his "hands on" hardware experience shone through, adding enormous value and context to the topics, exercises and general discussions.

A very good experience was had by myself and 10 other colleagues who have enjoyed similar experiences in other courses such as Foundation Suite and Cluster with this instructor [Russ Winter]. Please can we have Russ for the rest of our courses! In short the course was fantastic!
